Do any of you people know that Dan Brown has been accused of copying books including the entire story of my book ‘The Vatican Boys’ to write The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons?
A Mason man (60ish) is murdered by a secret society (Knights-Illuminati)because he knows a secret that can destroy the Catholic Church, a male (40ish) and female character (30ish) search clues and solve codes looking for the secret, the Opus Dei assasin and Head want the secret, so does the Catholic Church, a Knight Banker has it in his bank – in a safety deposit box, A Scholar (60ish) knows about the history of the secret, the action takes place in Rome and London with everyone trying to find a relic that is linked to Jesus Christ, the male and female get the secret because they solve the clues and codes together…

Jack Dunn of Holyoke, Massachusetts the author who sued Dan Brown in a case judged upon in 2007 for copying The Vatican Boys to write The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons for $400 Million Dollars has filed a ‘Civil Right Complaint’ with the Inspector General of the United States asking this office to INVESTIGATE the case regarding Dan Brown’s Plagiarism and his making $1 Billion Dollars off of Jack Dunn’s WORK and STORY in books and movies and the Judge (Ponser) in Springfield Federal District Court who ruled there were ‘NO LAWs regarding the Copying of the STRUCTURE (Story, characters, plots, scenes, events, sequence etc.) of a Copyrighted Book of Fiction’. In a case judged upon in 2008 in Manhattan Federal District Court by J.K. Rowling (Harry Potter Books) the Judge (Patterson) ruled there ‘WERE LAWS regarding the Copying of the STRUCTURE of a Copyrighted Book of Fiction’. So, there were TWO sets of LAWS applied to 2 SIMILAR cases and in BOTH Cases, the “Deep Pockets” the Judge in Springfield talked about having something to do with JUSTICE at the May 2007 hearing of Jack Dunn vs. Dan Brown …WON the VERDICTS
Judge Michael Ponser stated in US Federal Court that he was capable of evaluating the Dunn vs. Brown case because he had a degree in English. He neglected to mention that he received his degree from Amherst College and that Dan Brown has a degree in English from Amherst College too. So, why didn’t he disqualify himself because of this (obvious) possible Conflict of Interest?
